Gyermekkorom meghatározó élményei Zentához kötődnek, itt kezdtem népzenével, néptánccal foglalkozni. Az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem magyar-néprajz szakán szereztem diplomát, majd a Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Egyetem népi ének-népzeneelmélet szakára felvételiztem. Nagy lelkesedéssel igyekszem gyarapítani és finomítani tudásom, amit idős énekes mestereimtől tanultam, akik egyben példaképeim is. Néhányukkal személyesen is több időt eltölthettem, és sokkal többet kaptam tőlük néhány éneknél. Az így megtapasztalt élményeket szeretném közvetíteni előadóművészként és továbbadni tanárként. A népdalok által egy olyan bölcs szemléltet tanultam, ami megfogalmazza eddigi életem élményeit. Nem ők illeszkednek hozzám, hanem én hozzájuk, hisz előttem is éltek, utánam is fognak. Én csak megpróbálom feltárni ezt a mély kutat, akár énekelve, akár hallgatva. 

Just gone fest­iv­alling

The festival season is in full swing, and our team is also joining the summer vacationers: the institution will be closed between July 28 and August 18, 2025.

Busós at the air­port

We are in the middle of the carnival season, and the Busójárás festival in Mohács is fast approaching, which will fill the city in southern Hungary with life for six days at the end of February. This folk custom, which marks the end of winter and the arrival of spring, will appear not only in Mohács this year, but also at the capital's airport.

Night of Mu­seums in the Hun­gari­an Her­it­age House

This year, too, the Hungarian Heritage House will open its doors on the Night of Museums. Here, the past will become an experience and tradition will take on new meaning. The Buda Vigadó building will be open for exploration from the attic to the cellar.
