The last two decades that has seen me as a member of the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble, has been one of the most important periods of my life. From the beginning, I was fortunate to be part of a community that I have come to see as a family. When I first entered the stage at the ensemble’s headquarters, I felt like my childhood dreams have come true. The early years - all the collaborations and success achieved with the Gypsy band, the dance ensemble or the folk music ensemble - still have a deep impact on me. I was learning constantly. The possibility to succeed role models and talents, who went on to become the most important figures in Hungarian folk arts, gave me great hope and faith.

Climbing through the ensemble’s ladder, I am proud to stand in front of the team as Art Director; I have devoted all my skills, talent and capabilities to serve the ensemble’s artistic progress, and I shall continue to do so as long as I’m breathing.

It is my belief that the Hungarian State Folk Ensemble is the flag carrier of cultural values in the Carpathian Basin, serving unconditionally the spirit of Hungarians.
