Napjainkban, amikor megszűnt a hagyományok átadásának az a módja, melyet családi tradíciók, közösségi normák és ízlés szabályoztak, már nem beszélhetünk klasszikus értelemben vett népművészetről, mégsem csökken az érdeklődés iránta. Sorozatunk a hagyományos (paraszti, népi) kultúrát közvetíti a mai közönségnek, közösségeknek. Kiadványunk hetvenperces oktatóanyag, amely a Hagyományok Háza „A Kárpát-medence táncos öröksége” elnevezésű, pedagógusok számára akkreditált tanfolyama alapján készült. A lemezen helyet kapott a Magyarpéterlakát bemutató film, archív  filmek és fényképek, két tanulmány a falu zene- és tánchagyományáról, oktatófilm magyarpéterlaki táncosokkal.Játszik Csiszár Aladár és zenekara. 

Night of Mu­seums in the Hun­gari­an Her­it­age House

This year, too, the Hungarian Heritage House will open its doors on the Night of Museums. Here, the past will become an experience and tradition will take on new meaning. The Buda Vigadó building will be open for exploration from the attic to the cellar.
 

From Game to Mas­tery, 2026

The Hungarian Heritage Houses’ exhibition, titled “From Play to Mastery", presents the works of students who graduated from the 2024-2026 cohorts of the folk crafts vocational training programs.

Folk Mu­sic and Folk Dance Camps in 2026

In the summer of 2026, numerous folk music and folk dance camps will once again welcome participants in the Carpathian Basin and the diaspora. The offerings include camps for children, youth, adults, and families.
