A Rábaköz hagyományai

Bakonyi Lászlóné évtizedek óta egy rábaközi kis falu, Farád óvónője, emellett foglalkozik Szil és Szany községekben a hagyományőrző néptáncegyüttes utánpótlásának nevelésével. Azt tapasztalta, hogy a néphagyományok átadásának jó módja a projektszemléletű oktatás, mert így nem egy részterület, hanem a komplex kultúra megismerésére nyílik lehetőség. Egy teljes tanév alatt valósítja meg a néptáncórákon a rábaközi parasztlakodalmas színpadra állítását, így bőven van alkalom, hogy megismertesse a gyerekekkel a helyi szokásokat, énekeket, táncokat a párválasztó daloktól egészen a lakodalmi csujogatókig.

Ónodi Béla a rábaközi lakodalmas koreográfiáját írja le, bemutatja az utat míg a 10–14 éves gyerekek a tánctípusok elsajátításával eljutnak az improvizálás öröméig.

In the summer of 2026, numerous folk music and folk dance camps will once again welcome participants in the Carpathian Basin and the diaspora. The offerings include camps for children, youth, adults, and families. 

Night of Mu­seums in the Hun­gari­an Her­it­age House

This year, too, the Hungarian Heritage House will open its doors on the Night of Museums. Here, the past will become an experience and tradition will take on new meaning. The Buda Vigadó building will be open for exploration from the attic to the cellar.
